Our practice administrator, Michelle Flowers, once told Dr. Mario, that we have to make sure we don’t “overwork and underpay” our staff or they won’t take pride in working here, and they won’t stick around for the long haul. Dr. Mario took that to heart and wanted to go even further.

We reward our team with free take-out for lunch every Thursday (group vote decision), a spin-the-wheel birthday prize, quarterly cash rewards for being a reliably consistent employee, regular raises, unexpected bonuses for exceptional performance, and a healthy Christmas bonus, as well as a fabulously fun Christmas party.
